Refunds and returns are processed by our parent company, Moridaira Musical Instruments.
Return applications can be made by contacting our customer service team via our online contact form or at info@moridaira.com
Return applications must be made within 14 days after the order has been delivered. If claiming damages or incorrect product, application must include clear photo evidence of the product and damaged area in question as well as proof of purchase.
Items must be new, unopened, unused or defective to qualify for a return.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Refunds do not include original cost of shipping nor cost of returning the items unless the product is incorrect, damaged or defective upon receipt. (If the customer is in the EU, original cost of standard shipping will be included. However, if a shipping method other than our standard option was chosen, initial cost of shipping will not be included.)
In the event product is deemed incorrect from what was ordered, damaged, or defective upon our inspection, Moridaira Instruments will refund the original and return shipping charges.
For items claimed to be defective, this refers to manufacturing defects that affect the functionality or integrity of the product upon receipt or within normal, intended use.
Once your return application is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item(s) back to us.
Refunds
Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed. If you have not received a refund after two weeks, please email us at info@moridaira.com or contact us through our form.
Exchanges
We apologize, but we do not currently accept exchanges for online items.
Order cancellations
Because we begin processing orders immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery, once an order is placed through our website, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Please apply for a return if you would like to cancel your order.
Warranty
Drumsticks are not covered under warranty. (However if in the EU, then there is a automatic 2-year warranty.)
